(rus) Python файлы не стартуют, основная проблема - с установкой зависимостей. На 3.8 не накатываются часть библиотек, из-за того, требуется python 3.9+, если ставить python 3.9+, то уже не работаю старые библиотеки, так как версия python уже слишком высокая и можно поставить только обновленные версии библиотек

Some libraries do not roll on 3.8, due to the fact that python 3.9+ is required, if you install python 3.9+, then the old libraries are no longer working, since the python version is already too high and you can only install updated versions of the libraries.
