In the first perk slot, Shoot to Loot is an excellent utility option as it allows the Trace Rifle user (who is typically a Cenotaph supporting Warlock) to safely secure Special and Heavy ammo from range. Alternatively, if you’d like to lean more into Arc, Supercharged Magazine is a great option. In perk slot 2, we suggest Chain Reaction as it improves the add-clearing capabilities of the weapon by adding some AoE damage, something that Trace Rifles notoriously struggle with. However, if you leaned into Arc with Supercharged Magazine, it may make sense to stick with that trend and go for Rolling Storm or Jolting Feedback instead if you want a more subclass-synergistic option.|tags:pve,mkb,cb

Perk 1 has pretty much only good choices, but the main ones you’ll want are Envious Arsenal or Demolitionist. Envious Arsenal beats out Rewind Rounds here as fusion rifles aren’t the best for sustained damage, so having your mag always topped off during DPS phases is simply better. Demolitionist is for the explosion junkies as it pairs excellently with one of our Perk 2 choices: Reservoir Burst. These two will clear a room in seconds as you cycle between grenades and the RB procs. Crystalline Corpsebloom grants a chance for a Stasis crystal to spawn when defeating an enemy.These can be destroyed to cause extra damage or be used for cover if in a tight spot.Chaos Reshaped is the biggest pull here as it can activate when this weapon is stowed, reaches a damage buff of 35% if in battle for longer than 22 seconds, and when hitting this,it will also heal your character in bursts. //notes: (PvE / M+KB): [Tier: S][MW: Cooling Efficiency],[Accelerated Assault] PvE Roll: All-Around Barrel [Fluted Barrel] Magazine [Ionized Heatsink] Perk 1 [Air Trigger] (also good: Cooling Baubles) Perk 2 [Precision Instrument] (also good: Frenzy) Uncivil Discourse is an excellent entry into this new weapon type. Hits hard with a generous magazine size, this weapon will do the work in all levels of content.We will start by saying that for Hunters, the combination of Lucky Pants, Precision Instrument, and the Holofoil origin trait, Accelerated Assault, produces incredible damage numbers. Currently one of the most chased rolls out there, and while it will still do serious damage to other classes, this is one of the more exciting DPS options currently in-game. Start with Fluted Barrel and Ionized Heatsink, which pushes Handling to near max for a light and snappy feel when switching to this weapon, and the Battery will reduce heat generated,  allowing more shots to be fired before an overheat. For the main perks, Air Trigger fits nicely in the first slot, mainly for its added boost to Reload Speed. Just remember to do a little jump to ensures you get the best out of it. Finish off with Precision Instrument, which rewards an accurate hand by adding a damage bonus for each shot on target. Be careful, as missing will reset the buff. Maxes out at 25% and keeps rolling until a shot is missed or you need to reload, so this buff can last a sizeable amount of time and take massive chunks off your enemies.|tags:pve,mkb,cb

Alloy Mag is going to greatly help with reload speed here given the low mag size.For Perk 1, Repulsor Brace is your best choice, bar none. The shield from the glaive already provides 97.5% damage resistance, but that’s only while active, so what better way to keep you in the fight than by getting a second source of DR? And how will you keep Repulsor Brace active? Through our Perk 2 choice, Destabilizing Rounds. These two are a welcome sight on any weapon, and now that it’s finally on a glaive, you can really lean into that CQC fantasy without needing to fully commit to a melee build.|tags:pve,mkb,cb

If you do want to just fire away with it, however, make sure to max out Reload Speed instead of Handling wherever you can. This is crucial to improving the feel of this weapon. Otherwise, Handling is the name of the game here, to make swaps more quickly.The first perk column hasn’t really got much going for it. Snapshot Sights is good quality of life, especially when enhanced, providing 5 extra points in Stability. But you can practically take any perk here, as the selection is pretty weak.The second column also leaves a lot to be desired. Our pick is Aggregate Charge, which can give a hefty buff to the weapon but does require setup — but it’s the only real option for DPS perks on this weapon. If you do want to fire away, there is an argument for Box Breathing here, but even then, it requires you to do less damage overall.|tags:pve,mkb,cb

Appended Mag is our magazine of choice because it offers some auto-reloading features and is the best magazine without any negative trade-offs.For perks, we recommend Trickle Charge as it allows you to continuously fire the weapon in DPS scenarios where this weapon will likely truly shine. However, if you want something more general, Blast Disruptor is a very suitable alternative. For perk 2, again, focusing on DPS, Elemental Honing is by far the best option. This perk will also simply activate in moment-to-moment gameplay, boosting your damage by a solid amount, particularly if you are on Prismatic.
