security: improve token management

[Cyber-Syntax]

Current token management is already good but we need to make sure it is up to date with the latest security practices.

• More detailed check rate limits (https://docs.github.com/en/graphql/overview/rate-limits-and-node-limits-for-the-graphql-api)
• Cleanup token_audit.log like normal logs when its size bigger than 1MB.
