Linksets for miRTarBase 9.0 and TarBase-v9.0

Hello!
Can anyone help and prepare sets of references for:

• miRTarBase 9.0 https://mirtarbase.cuhk.edu.cn/~miRTarBase/miRTarBase_2022/php/index.php
• (DIANA) TarBase-v9.0 https://dianalab.e-ce.uth.gr/tarbasev9

I figured out how to create sets of links.
But for TarBase the file turned out to be almost 7 gigabytes =)))
