Bug: New extended network is NOT added to Results Panel if the panel is already open

In Cytoscape 3.10:

1. Import two networks from WP
2. Run CTL "extend network" on network 1
3. Select CTL "show results panel" => The extended network 1 is shown in the list
4. Run CTL "extend network" on network 2 => The extended network loads as expected, but it does not show up in the list in CTL results panel. Results panel has to be closed and reopened for the results for network 2 to appear.
