White or Black (blank) screen Displaying

reboot never fixed it, came back one time after powering down pi for some time. Tried card in different pi and same result. 

Never did figure out the cause. Ended up rewriting/deploy pi with new image and seems to be working fine now.

Had it configured to reboot monthly with apt update and upgrades running then as well.
