"Smooth" Scaling option doesn't actually work. #25

Describe the bug
it's supposed to smooth the sprites both when downscaling and upscaling.
To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Turn on smooth scaling
- See sprite not being smooth scaled
Expected behavior
The sprite is scaled smoothly
