Configurator improvements

• Choose algorithm dropdown should more like disabled
• End block should be defined based on human-readable format (eg. date and time)

I tried to split the process into smaller parts, it gives us more possibilities to educate user, also as it's component - based it could be perhaps more scalable; we can combine different steps within the flow to compose custom one.

Two small notes:

• I would allow fast track, Something for more experienced users that know different options but just want to generate the code to copy.
• I would switch Create 8 with Create 7 to first show gallery of most popular themes but allow custom css editor with preview as alternative step.

After our initial talk I've prepared one-input-version with bunch of further customisation options.
Also #180 (Widget Templates / Gallery ) as it would be connected.

@gkapkowski after discussion with @jakubsta we came to conclusion that actually the version above would be better. It requries a lot less effort to develop based what we currently have and it's still huge improvement. I will continue to work on this one, above is more of a wireframe.
