Order status API is returning an error for every request so that minting events can never fire or be updated (embedded UI)

For the past couple of hours, the status API that's polled by the listenToMintingEvents function has been returning an error. It returns status 400 and the following response body.

This is happening on staging and production. If there's any other information I can give please let me know.
