Experience bar settings missing

I'm trying to use this mod to recreate the HUD Opacity setting from Bedrock/Legacy, where the HUD fades when you're not using it, but the experience bar always goes completely invisible and i cant find any way to change it. I cant tell if I'm just stupid, or if there is a setting but I just cant find it.

I've also noticed it doesn't have its own section in the settings like the other bars, and also has limited settings in general

It had its own settings in <1.21.10, but with the new locator bar, that area of the code has become very confusing and I haven't had the time to fully re-implement this yet.
