CFS Auto Refill does not work at start of print

How to reproduce

1. Configure Auto Refill on the CFS e.g. slot 1 and 2 using the same filament and enable autorefill.
2. Send gcode to use slot 1 filament
3. Watch during print, when slot 1 becomes empty, cfs switches to slot 2 = auto refill working as expected
4. After successfull print, send same gcode again to printer. This same gcode uses slot 1. At the moment slot 1 in the CFS is empty, the CFS knows this and earlier switched to slot 2. The print should start with printing using filament from CFS slot 2.

1. as expected

4. CFS error: no filament in slot 1...

Expected results

4. We expect the printer to continue using slot 2 as replacement for slot 1 and not give an error.
   This is the whole idea and makes no sense at all this is not hapening right now....
