Agent tool doesn't correctly trigger the same rendering that Task used to

We used to have nice rendering for tool calls made by subagent via the Task tool. It was renamed to Agent, and now I think something isn't working. Not seeing any [N/M] lines. Any vcr tests that still have Task in them also need to be re-recorded. @claude you might have a version of claude code from before this change from Task to Agent, so if you can't reproduce it just stop.

Completed work on issue #49: Agent tool rendering

• Read issue
• Explore codebase for Task → Agent tool handling
• Verified display code already handles both Task and Agent names correctly
• Updated subagent test prompts (Task → Agent)
• Re-recorded all 3 subagent VCR fixtures with Agent tool
• All 150 tests pass, clippy and fmt clean
• Pushed and created PR

Findings: The display code in renderer.rs and tool_format.rs already correctly handles both Task and Agent tool names (added in commit 80ad1a9). The [N/M] subagent rendering works correctly with the Agent tool. The VCR tests were the only thing still using Task — they've now been re-recorded with Agent.
