Describe the feature
Add an option to save the current mutechat status. If muted and server shuts down then chat should be automatically muted. If the other way around it should be enabled. Please also add the option to toggle the chat mute through console. It’s currently a player only command. The notification could be: Console muted the chat instead of showing the player name
