Hi,
I've encountered a small issue with the ChatManager plugin related to player mentions.

When the Mentions.Tag_Symbol option in the config.yml file is left empty (""), the color formatting for the player mention is not applied in chat. Instead, the player's name appears without the expected color.

Steps to reproduce

• Open the config.yml.

• Set Mentions.Tag_Symbol: "".

• Save and reload the plugin.

• Mention a player in chat (e.g., "Hello PlayerName").

• Observe the missing color formatting for the mention.
