Courseplay on my game is nothing like turorials

having used CP for FS17 AND FS15 as of this date the FS22 on steam with the ingame courseplay download does not working like any of the videos i have been watching. There is no mini-hub . When i enter a tractor the hub does not appear. I can hit delete key and a side menu appears with options to ONLY create new courses. The files are not saving in the directory that is currently active inside the game.
I have to go out to windows and find and if i move them into the directory the game is listing they then appear. but i cannot load or edit them (change the course) the just appear and i can do nothing with the saved courses.
I do not understand this. also during course creation past CP used to be able to delete waypoints. this one I cannot. only small problem
Biggest problem I cannot find mini hub and files do not save to current game.
