Southwark ics not publicly viewable

Odd one this - when I add the Southwark events ics url to my publicly viewable Google Calendar, it doesn't come up as public, and I can't seem to edit it to be public either. Lewisham and Lambeth both work fine (with no additional input from me). Perhaps you have to manually edit this file?
