Not specified ward

Can you change the details for 'Not specified ward'?

The problem is with the information on the Liverpool council website:
http://councillors.liverpool.gov.uk/mgMemberIndex.aspx?FN=WARD&nobdr=1

As you can see the name of the ward is given as 'Not Specified'
