Can't add Facebook account if Twitter account already set

The link to add social networking info isn't present if a Twitter account is already set. That means you can't add a Facebook account name for someone who's already had their Twitter account name added.

Thanks for this -- the Facebook stuff generally is a bit problematic, as at the moment people rarely know their account number (and the 'account name' is a bit problematic too), so need to work out how to get this from, for example, the URL of their home page.

When I'm fixing that should be able to fix the missing link stuff too.
