Paging and filtering for blog posts #145

There is a big number of blogs that all displayed on one page -> I think it is better if we classified them and put them on pages (1,2,3 ..) -> maybe we make filter on times, topics, location ..etc to facilitate the search process on the blogs. (just a suggestion)
