[FEATURE] Add Actionable Notifications to CAAL

Problem Statement

Would be nice to be able to trigger CAAL (in listening mode with context?) from a workflow. I believe Home Assistant has something called Actionable Notifications, where you can have Alexa/Voice Assistant activate based on a trigger and ask yes/no questions.

Use Case

For example, you have a workflow that triggers when a new email comes in. You can have CAAL chime in "You have a new email message, would you like me to read it (yes or no)? ". If the user says "yes" then CAAL proceeds to read it, and even gives the user a chance to reply, delete, forward or carry out other actions. I know we have a way for CAAL to do announcements, but I do not think we can continue the conversation after CAAL is done talking. I may be wrong.

@nerd8east-a11y, this is a good idea. I'll think about it further, but a possible solution is to allow for more data in the announce call:

  activate_voice: true,

  follow_up_tool: "gmail"
}

Then CAAL has the email id, and suggested tool to use next. It also could enable wake with activate_voice: true

is the activate_voice: true bit what makes CAAL listen for commands when using annoucements?
If so, I did not know that was a thing :).
If the annouce httprequest already lets me talk to CAAL and give additional commands, then that is all I need.

@nerd8east-a11y I should be clear. activate_voice is not a thing. That’s just my idea of how to implement your feature request.

oh ok, my bad. I hope it will not require too many changes. Being able to trigger CAAL's listening mode through the httprequest would be good IMO.
