[FEATURE] Add a button on the front end to allow users to trigger CAAL without saying the wake word

Problem Statement

It would be nice to be able to activate CAAL with a button press on the front end.

Proposed Solution

Add a button on the front end that when pressed it triggers CAAL to respond/listen for a command.

Use Case

For example, I am at a public place and I want CAAL to do something (capture a note, check something at the house using home assistant, email someone, etc), but I do not want to say "Hey CAAL" out loud over and over. I think it would be helpful while communicating with CAAL through the android and iOS (future) apps in public.

What about tapping the wake word icon in the control bar. Tap it and it activates CAAL, just like saying the wake word. Long hold on the icon could toggle wake word on/off.

Yep that could work. I think it would be good if the button was bigger and easier to press on mobile.

Maybe just tapping the middle of the screen then. Where the sound bars/dots are.
