Testnet3 network missing from interface

## Description

The **testnet3** network is no longer visible in the interface. It was previously available as a selectable network but has since disappeared.

## Expected behavior

Testnet3 should appear as one of the available networks, as it did before.

## Current behavior

Testnet3 is not listed among the available networks.
