SNZB-02D not supported

In ewelink smart home v1.4.3 device SNZB-02D appear as not supported

I've added it as a PR #141 but i'm not sure it will be accepted as is, since they need to update FE and remove my readme edit.

You can use my fork as is though https://github.com/artyfarty/ha-addon/
It works on my home setup
