Panel asks for MiB, but writes to decimal-based MB field in Proxmox #146

Description

Current Behavior

Currently, when defining a disk, the disk field denotes the usage of MiB:

However, the disk in Proxmox is not using mebibyte, but rather the decimal version megabyte. This means that the disks get provisioned to be slightly smaller than expected.

Expected Behavior

Disk size to be correct 👍

Convoy Panel can either deal with this by converting to MB before interfacing with Proxmox, or changing the field to be in MB.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a VM.
