Flush ctrld cache when an associated profile rules are changed #273

It would be quite convenient to offer "auto-flush" as an option on ctrld when any rules with an associated profile are changed.
I just discovered cache_flush_domains - which is neat, but still would require one extra step after changing the rules to query a domain. Automating this would be more elegant (probably as an option as not everyone might want it)
