Fails to run in the command line

Running the program directly or through the command line. It for some reason only works though something like the VSCode terminal.

Expected functionality is to work through the cmd line.

This can be somewhat gotten around with python -i dmitogif.py

If you want it to be a command line utility, I'd suggest using argparse, it's a super nice way to pull arguments and might make working with the program (along with different flags) easier
