Support to user notification #18
Description
Add support to user notification (as Android likes it: with a icon in the
status bar).
This enhancement needs of
- extension to MeemiEngine class to support it using a polling system
- one or more icons for the notification
- UI logic to support it
- changes in the user settings/preferences interface
