Tab state should be persistent across page reloads

Reloading a website from something else then the top level tab, e.g. from the view below, will reset to the top level tab. A solution would be to embed the tab state as a fragment into the URL.

An alternative would be to use a Pinia store for the tab state.

A Pinia store is probably the simpler solution and should just require a couple of lines of code. We would need a store for each tabbed page.
