Unable to register and use Wild.id #4

Dear Sir, Madam,
I’ve tried to download the Wild.id zip file for Windows and extract + run it on my computer (64-bit). The application starts and then I get the window where I can register, but afterwards I get the following error: Registration Failed – Failed to register to the server. The error returned as: Cannot connect to the network (see image below). Moreover, I cannot get the latest version, because it is unable to connect to the internet (as you can see in the picture: upper right corner).
I’m sure that my internet works (I’ve tried both Wifi and cable), because other programs connect just fine. I’ve tried to redownloading it and running it again, also as an administrator, but this doesn’t work.
Hopefully, I’ve provided enough information for you to help me. If not, please specify the additional information you need, then I’ll send that as well.
