Error installing Wild.id

For my internship I need to use the program Wild.id (for mac). I've installed the program several times but every time I try to open the installed program, the app does not respond. Then I have to force it to close. I have no idea how I could make it work. My mac is updated to Catalina (version 10.15.6), which is the latest update and the version of Wild.id that I've tried to open is 0.9.31.

Can anyone help me?

Please download Wild.ID 0.9.32 from https://github.com/ConservationInternational/Wild.ID/releases/tag/0.9.32

The embedded MySQL used with Wild.ID 0.9.31 or earlier is not compatible with Catalina. This was fixed in 0.9.32.
