Face detection does not work with new gradle-8.13 and google_mlkit_face_detection: ^0.13.1

Face detection completely fails — neither the indicator nor image capture works when using gradle 8.13 and google_mlkit_face_detection: ^0.13.1 The project needs to be updated to support these newer versions. Will this issue be addressed, or is the package no longer actively maintained?

Face detection fails after updating AGP + Gradle. AGP version is 8.10.0 , Gradle version is 8.11.1
