BedGraph Input Format

I have been trying to run MethylScore using bedGraph files from Bismark as input but have not been able to get it to work. I am unsure about the exact formatting required for compatibility with MethylScore.

Could you clarify the following?

What columns are required in the bedGraph file?
Does MethylScore expect specific headers or a particular structure?
Are there any additional formatting steps needed before using bedGraph files as input?

If there is any example dataset available, it would be incredibly helpful.
