Feature request, a statefull Slurm

I would like to ba able to keep my Slurm Setup after a slurm Update. That would mean giving a volume ID as an input in main.tf to be monted on the mgmt so postgress and perhaps prometeus store data there. I already have a stateful cluster with CephFS /home and /project, but then full cluster refresh would be possible with full continuity.

This may be doable by using #339 to mount an existing volume on the right path.
