[feature] Fuzzy search

Add support for fuzzy search in {1,2,3} edit distance differences.

This would allow one to search for a package with not the exact name provided. For instance, searching for ortool would yield ortools results.

Example of a search :

$ avail_wheels --fuzzy ortool
name     version    build    python    arch
-------  ---------  -------  --------  -------
ortools  9.0.9048            cp38      generic
ortools  9.0.9048            cp37      generic
