OL7: invalid link in the PCI-DSS table

Description of problem:

The linkchecker test uncovers a URL which returns 404.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. ./build_product ol7
2. cd build
3. ctest -R '.link.'

Actual Results:

Results will show following error:
