[BUG]: Manage access in default group accounts #7
Description
currently, in banking, default group probably should have access to manager-users option, but it is explicitly disabled in core.
The permission is rejected due to blacklisted actions in ox_core for default groups. https://github.com/CommunityOx/ox_core/blob/feef09ad6315905ba2f2e059881238c3eaad2a4a/server/accounts/roles.ts#L11
It would make sense to
1.) Completely disable the view for users management
2.) Remove manage-user from blacklisted actions.
