CentOS 7.0 upgraded to 7.1 -- Owncloud 8 issue

I have upgraded from CentOS 7.o to 7.1. In addition I have updated OC to 8.0.4.
Prior to the upgrade, internal and external access to OC worked great.
After the upgrade, I can no longer access OC from an external source. The page times out.

I have read through some of the reported bugs with CentOS 7.1, and I have yet to get this server back to normal. I can ping the gateway, DNS (8.8.8.8) from the server, but it seems to be rejecting external/incoming connections. Has anyone run into this issue? Any idea where/what to troubleshoot?
