User permissions below BOSS,SUPER are not allowing invoice printing

ISSUE: User permissions below BOSS,SUPER are not allowing invoices to print, it generates a permission error.

ACCOUNT: irresistables

SERVER: endor5

MVC RELEASE: 201411.b

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. User 'shipping' set to CS1;WI1;WR1;WS1 generates an error when attempting to print an invoice.
2. Orders > Open any order > Print Invoice > Error

ERRORS:
Error at top of admin: Permission BLAST:Review(R) is required for adminBlastMsgDetail [151]

Print window error: 2015-02-30124 - Error! TypeError:
app.data[((("adminBlastMsgDetail|" + PRT) + "|PRINTABLE.") + rtag.printable)] is undefined

TROUBLESHOOTING: Setting user 'shipping' to any of the following allowed Invoice Printing; BOSS,SUPER

NOTES: 'shipping' user has been set to SUPER so they can print invoices for now. Warehouse Shipper WS1 should have permissions to print invoices.
