First warning in `visualize` is not displayed on the webpage

In the visualize-notebook the warning regarding upcoming changes to the
StateTransitionManager is not displayed on the webpage but instead it
starts at the Visualize solutions-header.

Is it in the preview of #288 (or some other PR) or in latest or stable?
