Reorganize the usage-documentation #298
Description
Currently the visualize-notebook is, in addition to the visualization of the graphs, also demonstrating the usage of the StateTransitionManager and the intermediate options and data it gives. These topics should be seperated and the second one could possibly be a subtopic (seperate file in the toctree) of what is dicussed in the reaction-notebook.
