Implementation of TF fit and displaying condensate fraction and number

No function exists to fit condensates. Graydon wrote separate python script that fits reasonably well via

1. Initial guess fit of thermal distribution + TF distribution.
2. Fits once
3. Uses optimized parameters to refit thermal wings
4. Does subtraction, then fits TF profile
5. Returns reoptimized parameters for both.

Tasks:

• On GUI, add option for TF fitting, dropdown include column for condensate number/fraction. output = 0 if not using function
• shots.py - integrate graydon's fitting routine
• correct for output
