Hi, in this function description I see that sometimes there is a link to the referenced article and sometimes there is no link. Is there a rule for that? Or should all citations be linked/unlinked?

Ideally we could link all citations, but some are not publicly available (e.g. you need institutional login to access the article). Those links therefore fail CRAN checks, which would have our package rejected. That's why some citations have links, some do not. We could think about just getting rid of links in future.
