AutoSave minutes value not applying

AutoSave - "Save AutoRecovery information in every __ minutes" not applying the minutes integer value. Regardless of if it's applied as a user or computer policy, the value is not applied to the settings in the program. Final also does not prevent users from changing the value.

To replicate, go to the Collbora Office -> Common -> Load and Save -> AutoSave setting and apply the setting to change the integer value in minutes.
