Add more structure to Figma, more information to Documentation and improve design system

1. More structure in Figma, e.g. by merging files that were created for the same purpose (in particular website) [HIGH PRIORITY]
2. Adding documentation describing how the Figma is structured to make it easier to onboard and collaborate in a larger team [HIGH PRIORITY]
3. Improving design system will add a lot of consistency throughout our website, CMS and app, and significantly improve DESxDEV collaboration
   • Generally migrating atoms from the CollAction App Figma file to the new Design System.
     • Remember to build the components using auto-layout, so we can auto-generate spacings in the documentation
     • Setting up libraries in new design system?

Also, we should decide on ONE design system as a reference! And best of all, either build our own, or actually use eg. Material Guidelines, which we currently use for most of our components in the code itself, since those are already built for us.
