[FEATURE]: Menu Tab: Account Information Screen

Description:
The account information screen is part of the new Menu tab that is replacing the Settings Screen.

This task includes:

1. Creating the UI for the Account Information Screen
2. Adding the connectivity and different states of the Personal and Contact information
3. Adding the change name, change and confirm email, and the change country dialogs.
4. Adding connectivity for change name dialog

Note: There are currently no connectivity created for the change and confirm email flow and we will do this later in separate tickets once Backend has implemented the contracts and endpoints.
