[FEATURE]: Menu Tab

Description:
We want to have a third tab other than CrowdActions and Profile, that is the "Menu" tab. This will replace the "Settings" menu that you can open from the profile.

This ticket includes:

1. Adding the "menu"-tab to the Bottom Navigation Bar
2. Creating the UI for the "menu"-tab screen according to figma
3. Adding connectivity and logic, take the current Settings Page as a reference when adding the logic for Log out, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Open-source libraries.
4. Finally remove the "Settings"-FAB on the Profile Screen so that there is not a chance to get to the old "Settings"-screen. The settings screen can be deleted. (Remember to also delete the routing for it)

There will be a separate ticket for creating the "Account Information" page, and the "Contact us" full-screen dialog. There will also be a separate issue for the "Search" functionality.
