Powerstat -R giving higher power reading than the wall power power meter

The power reading from powerstat (Image 1) is a lot higher that the measurements obtained from the power meter (Image 2). Its more that double.

Model name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600T CPU @ 2.80GHz

Steps :

1. Installed powerstat using "apt install powerstat"
2. Ran "powerstat -R"

Nothing changed/configured from my side.

Query - Which configuration affects this ? Any information on this?

Same here with a i5-7600U CPU, I think it's probably because powerstat sum some RAPL domain that overlap on this CPU model.

I'm one of the CodeCarbon developer and we face the same issue : it's difficult to made accurate measurement with RAPL on all range of CPU...

I'm using powerstat to check our measure.
