Can't connect to coldcard wallet

Coldcard details:
Mk3 Rev C v4.1.2

Platform:
WSL2 - Ubunut 22.04

Issue:
Coldcard has been connected to WSL as can be seen here:

But it does not show up in ckbunker list

More importantly it does not seem to be contactable by ckbunker
