SVG graph zoom in fullscreen crops viewport instead of using full screen space

**Description**
When viewing a graph rendered as an SVG in fullscreen mode, zooming in with the mouse wheel causes the graph to be cropped within a smaller region instead of expanding to utilize the full available screen space.
