BinaryParser.cs is in both Cognitics directory and CDB directory #1
Description
The class BinaryParser seems to have been added to the project twice. The class in both places are identical and the namespace is Cognitics. This leads me to believe that the version in the Cognitics directory is the correct one and the version in the CDB directory can be removed.
